BERD’S and Moldova’s Cultural Dialogue in Venice

We are proud to support the Republic of Moldova’s participation in the Venice Art Biennale — for the first time in history, with an official national pavilion.

From May 9 to November 22, the Pavilion of the Republic of Moldova, hosted at Santa Veneranda, presents “In the Thousand and Second Night”, an exhibition by artist Pavel Brăila. For BERD’S, this partnership carries a special meaning.

Over the years, we have collaborated with Pavel Brăila and integrated his works into the spaces of our hotel, as part of our ongoing dialogue with Moldovan art and culture. Supporting his project in Venice is a natural continuation of this relationship, and of our belief that Moldova has an artistic voice that is profound, original, and quietly luminous.
